Alan Gomez is the proprietor of Las Hadas Bar and Grill in the Gaslamp Quarter. He and his father, Fred Gomez, opened the restaurant in 2008, quickly becoming a favorite with locals and tourists alike.
Alan graduated from San Diego State in 2007 and quickly attended culinary school at the Kitchen Academy in Hollywood, a Cordon Bleu affiliate. Now Las Hadas operates daily with the support of his mother, Ruth and brother, Robert, who are both managers. Our cuisine, a fabulous mixture of music and cocktails is the formula to a memorable night.
