Alan Gomez, is the proprietor of Las Hadas Bar and Grill in the Gaslamp Quarter. He and his father, Fred Gomez, opened the restaurant in 2008, quickly becoming a favorite with locals and tourists alike.
Alan graduated from San Diego State in 2007 and quickly attended culinary school at the Kitchen Academy in Hollywood, a Cordon Bleu affiliate. Now Las Hadas operates daily with the support of his mother, Ruth and brother, Robert, who are both managers. Our cuisine, fabulous mixture of music and cocktails is the formula to a memorable night. Las Hadas is the perfect combination of innovation and tradition cultivating the American culture to that of Latin America. Stop by and become a part of the family!
